Japanese service provider KDDI reported
发布日期:3/17/2010    来源:华润通企业网站

Japanese service provider KDDI reported recently that researchers at its R&D Laboratories had managed to send data 'at speeds of 100 gigabits per second and for distances as far as 1,000 km without the need for signal correction.' They achieved this by 'dividing the optical data into 2,000 separate streams and sending each stream at a relatively slow speed.' But the details of the technology had become a little lost in translation, so fibresystems.org tracked down one of the researchers to find out what was going on.
